Weekend Camp Check List
- Medical form (Class 1) must be on file with Troop 485
- Medicine in original container - inhalers if needed and noted on medical
form.
- Scout Field uniform (Class 'A') - Scout shirt,
Bolo, Scout shorts, Scout belt, Scout socks
- Scout Handbook
- Scout Hat
- Scouting T-shirts (Troop 485 shirts are Class
'B')
- Extra clothing - socks, underwear, shoes, etc.
- Outdoor shoes/boots & change of shoes
(must be closed toe)
- Sweater or jacket
- Rainwear (We recommend a poncho)
- Sleeping Bag and pillow
- Sleeping pad or air mattress
- Washcloth and towel
- Cup (to hang on belt and use for meals)
- Sun block
- Flashlight & extra batteries
- Soap, comb, toothbrush, toilet paper, Band-Aids, and other personal
items
- Repair kit (needle, thread, buttons, safety pins, shoe laces)
- Canteen or water bottle
- Plastic bags for muddy shoes, wet cloths, etc�
- Optional items such as camera, compass, belt pack, day pack, insect
repellent, books, walking stick, paper, pen, pencils, work gloves, etc.
- No electronic games, radios, or tape players. No camouflage or military
clothing.
- PUT SCOUTS NAME ON EVERYTHING!!
